The committee for OC1 have organised for the installation and sale of Key Lock Boxes to owners in the complex. The first batch are ready for sale now and as demand dictates further rows of lock boxes will be installed.

Accessible Storage PointYou can use them for your spare keys or access fobs so that you have a permanent and easily accessible storage point for yourself, family or contractors as the lock can be altered by yourself at anytime.

Eternally Yours (conditionally)These boxes will be yours until you sell up and move on - please see the conditions on the application form.
